ARCTIC LNG 2
Arctic LNG 2 envisions the construction of three liquefied natural gas (LNG) production trains, each with a capacity of approximately 6.6 million tons per year, and stable gas condensate with a capacity of up to 1.6 million tons per year.
The project’s resource base is the Utrenneye field, located on the Gydan Peninsula in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, approximately 70 km from the Yamal LNG project across the Gulf of Ob.

WORK ON THE OBJECTS
Stage “Working documentation”:
as part of the engineering group at Saren
calculations of structural elements of the CDP for the first and second groups of limit states with selection of reinforcement;
engineering assessment of calculation results;
formation of tasks for reinforcement of reinforced concrete structures;
Preparation of explanatory notes by TRAMOS LLC
development of working documentation
Modeling based on a digital information model in the Tekla Structures environment. The digital model’s level of detail is LOD 400.
The produced LNG is stored in refrigerated membrane tanks (with a total capacity of 229,000 m³ per platform) located on a gravity-based structure (GBS).
GBS
manufacturing, assembly, and installation of the topside modules are carried out in dry docks at the Large Offshore Structures Construction Center near Belokamenka, Murmansk. The GBSs are then towed to the plant site.
The GBSs were designed not only to withstand the loads associated with operational conditions and extreme climatic conditions, but also to withstand the loads encountered during transportation from the construction site to the site.
